It is pleasure to inform you that Intellize Expo Pvt. Ltd is organising Housing Society Management Show 2025 on 23rd to 25th May 2025 at Nehru Centre Worli, Mumbai, India. HSMS 2024 - India's only "Exhibition" market place for Services, Products and Advice related to Housing Societies, Apartment and Commercial Buildings Intellize Expo Pvt Ltd has till date successfully organised 3 editions of HSMS in the past. Each of the editions saw more than 100 categories of Exhibits and footfall of more than 3000+ Housing Societies. The main objective of HSMS is to connect professional Housing Society Management Services and co-operative housing societies under one umbrella. The ticket size of potential in Maharashtra alone is about 80,000-odd co-operative housing societies (CHS). There seems to be not only a lack of knowledge amongst housing society members about professional services they can hire to run their societies better, but also a shortage of advertising mediums or platforms for the professional services providers and manufactures to reach out to the housing societies. HSMS will try to bridge this gap and fill the void and create a new business connect to this vertical.
